Event Loot Chest

Some special event creatures carry a hidden Event Loot Chest that usually drops on the mobs corpse:

1. How It Works

The moment the linked creature dies, the chest checks exactly who damaged it.
If you dealt any amount of damage—even a single hit—you qualify.
The chest cannot be picked up. Double-click to use it.
Depending on the chest’s settings, the chest distributes rewards according to one of four methods (see below). You will be told if you do not qualify for a reward.
The chest will delete itself shortly after all claimants have double clicked the chest.

2. Distribution Methods

Method	Who Gets Loot?
All	Everyone who hit the creature at least once. No cap—every contributor walks away with a prize.
Random	If more players hit the boss than there are rewards, a random subset of eligible players wins. Each hit-dealer has an equal chance.
Most Damage	A fixed number of top damagers receive the loot. Only the players who dealt the highest total damage (up to the cap) get rewarded.
Weighted Random	If more players hit the boss than there are rewards, a random subset of eligible players wins. Players who do more damage have a higher chance.

3. Why It’s Fair

All rewards every contributor equally—no last-hit scramble.
Random gives everyone a shot when prizes are limited.
Most Damage rewards those who carried the heaviest load.
Weighted Random rewards those who carried the heaviest load at a higher rate.
