Ship Health System & HUD

Ships have:

• a health pool (Hits / MaxHits)
• a single-click property display with health bands
• a live HUD healthbar gump that updates while you remain nearby

The ship tooltip shows a health message based on percentage:

• >= 75%
• >= 50%
• >= 25%
• < 25%

The HUD:

• tracks ship HP changes and refreshes when Hits/MaxHits change
• checks frequently (about every 750ms)
• automatically closes if you move too far away or change map

The tillerman context menu includes an entry to:

• open/toggle the Ship Healthbar HUD

This lets players monitor ship HP during naval combat and repairs.
